Upon arrival, the hotel was ready and waiting for me to check in. The rooms felt quite basic, almost like a motel setting, including the beds. There was a noticeable odor upon entering, which was not very welcoming. The service wasn't the friendliest, with a lack of professionalism noted, including a staff member engaging in a loud and leisurely cell phone conversation while checking me in. However, the facilities like laundry services and airport shuttle were available. The location was excellent for my business trip needs, being conveniently located right off the freeway in Airmont NY, and the surroundings were great for shopping at Woodberry outlets. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited healthy options for breakfast. On a positive note, the grilled dishes were decent. Overall, the amenities and value for money were average at best.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. The rooms were comfortable and nicely designed, but unfortunately, they had a horrible smell, like people had been smoking for a long time. However, the overall cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of a sushi bar and has plenty of parking for big trucks. Everything you expect from a nice hotel, but the one downside is the strong smell of smoke lingering, suggesting long-term smoking habits and the lack of rugs.
